Payne Building Services are a local construction company based in Derby, East Midlands.

We cover all of Derby and surrounding areas, including Nottingham & Leicester.

Having learned the art of bricklaying doing an NVQ Level 2 at Gateshead College in Newcastle, I started off working on building sites in 2014 constructing new builds from below DPC level to completion. These were done across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire & Leicestershire learning the trade from respectable builders in the area. 

After working on commercial sites, the decision was made to go into the private sector on clients existing homes.

We have worked on all buildings and structures, ranging from conservatorys, extensions, structural steels & housing of multiple occupancy (HMO) to name a few.

Our first class team can transform your gardens into a wonderful space using our landscaping skills, this includes fencing, artificial grass and patios.

Here at PBS we ensure that we are punctual, reliable and most importantly that our workmanship & quality are key factors of our company.
